Thank you for your interest in becoming our next Director of Resources and Section 151 Officer here at North Kesteven District Council. As a member of our Corporate Management Team, you’ll provide strategic direction for a wide portfolio, from finance and governance to digital innovation and community engagement. This is a role where your leadership will make a visible difference; strengthening resilience, modernising services and ensuring the council continues to deliver real value for local people.
